Israeli Tank Fires On Syrian Targets After “Violation Of 1974 Ceasefire”

Two weeks after a “secret” Israeli army cable leaked, signaling coordination between Israel and Saudi Arabia over Syria and constituting the first formal evidence that the Saudis and Israelis are intentionally coordinating to escalate the situation in the Middle East, by using Syria as a false flag scapegoat, moments ago the IDF announced that a Israeli tank had fired upon Allied military positions close to the Israeli border in the Golan Heights on Sunday, following what the IDF known as a “violation of the 1974 ceasefire.

In accordance with JPost, the IDF fired upon Allied military positions Sunday evening close to the Israeli border in the Golan Heights on Sunday, the IDF spokesperson’s office reported.

This is the second “warning shot” by Israel into Syrian territory in 2 days. According to the JPost, a similar incident happened on Saturday, once an IDF tank fired a warning casing near Allied forces after identifying a Syrian army-built outpost from the demilitarized zone between Syria and Israel, similarly against ceasefire agreements.

According to reports, Allied forces were working to strengthen a military outpost from the buffer zone and an IDF tank fired deterring shots in reaction.

According to the IDF spokesman, the outpost was situated near the Druse village of Hader . Before this month, following intense fighting in the village, the IDF said that it had been prepared to give assistance and block the capture of the Druse village by forces.

“The IDF is ready and prepared to assist the inhabitants of the village, also will stop the harming or conquering of the village of Hader because of our profound dedication to the Druse inhabitants,” explained IDF Spokesman Brig.-Gen. Ronen Manelis.

IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Gadi Eisenkot, Northern Command commander Maj.- Gen. Yoel Strick and also Commander of the Bashan Division Brig.-Gen. Yaniv Ashur have been said to be assessing the situation on the northern border of Israel.

It’s unclear if Syria (or even Russia, or even Iran) were planning a retaliation.
